About 3000 yen for two???

Right after reading the megavitamin book, I wasn't feeling that way, so I was taking 2000mg of niacin, so I wasn't sure if it had cured me or not.

I started taking 1500mg niacinamide and 500mg sustained release niacin x 4 = 3500mg in total for a different purpose...I've been sleeping 8 hours when I'm feeling my best lately, and 4 hours when I'm short, but it's not like I didn't feel like I slept for 4 hours, but I feel like I slept for 4 hours. I feel like I slept for about 30 minutes in the afternoon.

It seems like my body's enzymes weren't working well, so I couldn't sleep well even if I took a 10-minute bath at 38-40 degrees and stimulated my parasympathetic nerves, but I started doing this combination and I was able to sleep well.

専門学校は専門学校認可（短大卒と同等）だったから短大の単位欲しいからそこに行ったようなもん。美術系大学進学して大学の単位欲しかっただけの次元に近い。その業種に就きたいとかあまり思ってないでそこの学校行った気がする。

そこの専門卒業後4年制大学（大学3学年）に編入するって道もあるみたい。

The vocational school was accredited (equivalent to a junior college graduate) so I went there because I wanted junior college credits. It was almost like going to an art university and just wanting university credits. I don't think I went to that school without really thinking about working in that industry.

Apparently there's also the option of transferring to a four-year university (third year of university) after graduating from that vocational school.
